Here’s what makes your cleaning experience different with us:

1. Our technicians will show up on time. Your time is very valuable, and we promise not to waste it. We’ll show up with the proper equipment ready to go to work. In the rare event that we are running late, we’ll call and let you know. No wait! No worries!

2. Next, if not already vacuumed, we’ll thoroughly pre-vacuum the areas to be cleaned. We’ll also take special precautions by placing corner protectors around the edges of your walls. We also place a protective covering over your hard wood floors if they are close to the areas we’ll be cleaning.

3. Now it’s time to pre-spot the spills and pre-treat the heavily soiled areas. This process is very similar to what you do when you wash the laundry. We have spotters that are designed for specific spills. If for some reason we are not able to remove a stain, we’ll let you know and give you other options. If we have to use more difficult and time consuming spotters, such as those used to remove Kool-Aid stains, mustard, filtration soiling, (e.g. black lines along the perimeters), we’ll let you know the additional cost BEFORE we clean.

4. Now it’s time to flush out the loosened soil. With our high-powered cleaning extraction plant we’ll use a neutralizing rinse that will leave your carpet or upholstery soft and chemical and residue free. Absolutely no re-soiling or reappearing spots to worry about! Some of our customers are extremely sensitive to cleaning products. For these customers we offer a special line of products. Of course, we only use products that are safe for you and the environment.

5. Next we’ll place plastic tabs or Styrofoam blocks under furniture to prevent rust or furniture staining. We’ll carefully place the furniture in its original position. Depending on the carpet style, we may need to groom out the marks made from our cleaning tools.

6. Fast drying. Let’s be honest, when you have us clean your carpets, we’re a temporary inconvenience to your routine. We do our best to minimize that inconvenience. Your carpets or upholstery will normally be dry within 2-4 hours, so that your life can get back to normal.

7. After each job is completed, our office staff will check back a couple days after cleaning to make sure our technicians exceeded your expectations. Again, our goal is to create a customer for life, and have you recommend us to your friends and family.
