Here’s how it works:
We will come in and measure and assess your carpet cleaning needs based on square footage and soil level, as well as your budget. Then we’ll give you a monthly, quarterly, or periodic cost of cleaning a section (usually the heaviest traffic areas). This will also include a “touch up” spotting of the other areas. We are happy to provide a one-time cleaning at a very reasonable investment and, in some situations, that’s the best route to go. But what we’ve found is that in many instances, you spend several hundred dollars to have the entire office cleaned, then the next week (or as Murphy’s Law would have it, usually the very next day) someone spills something and it remains for all to see for the next several months.

For a very affordable monthly or quarterly fee, we can come in and “touch up” the entire office. Not only will your employees be more productive in a cleaner work environment but you’ll never be embarrassed by unsightly stains when your customers visit you. Another advantage is we’ll keep your suite looking great all year long and we can usually eliminate the spots before they set up and turn into unsightly permanent stains.
